Teaching has been Mrs. Peet’s passion since she was a young girl. She was the student who always asked for leftover worksheets from her teachers so she could play school at home with her sister and friends. This is her twelfth year teaching 4th grade at Milton Elementary School. There isn’t a grade she’d rather teach, she loves her 4th graders. Mrs. Peet received her teaching degree from Salisbury University. Growing up at the beaches in Delaware, she didn’t want to go too far from home and she returned to teach in her home district which she graduated from.
Mrs. Peet loves to be outdoors. During the summer she spends as much time as possible at the beach or the pool. However, she does love a rainy summer day to stay inside and read a good book. Mrs. Peet wears many hats...during the day she wears her teacher hat and mother hat, then replaces it with her CrossFit coach hat, and on weekends exchanges it for her cake pop baking hat. She loves to stay busy.
Most of all, Mrs. Peet loves teaching her students each and every day!
